At Mangum Tax, we value your trust and loyalty. That’s why we created our Customer Loyalty Program (CLP) – a fun and rewarding way to thank our returning clients for choosing us year after year. Here’s how it works and how you can participate.

How It Works

Qualify for the Program
To join the CLP, you must meet these simple requirements:

  • Maintain a valid email address on file. (Unsubscribed, bounced, or marked-as-spam emails make you ineligible.)
  • File with us for at least one consecutive tax year. Skipping a year resets your eligibility.
  • Have no unpaid filing fees greater than 5% of your total bill or any full unpaid balances from prior tax years.

Spin the Prize Wheel
Once you qualify, you’ll get a chance to spin our prize wheel after completing your tax return! Every spin wins a reward – discounts, prizes, or perks. Here’s what you need to know:

  • The wheel features numbers 00 to 46, each tied to a unique prize.
  • Prizes range from filing fee discounts to exclusive perks and surprises.
  • Married Filing Jointly clients get one spin per tax return.
  • All prizes are awarded fairly, with equal odds of winning any prize.

Claim Your Prize
After your spin, your prize will be applied to your current tax return or provided to you directly. Third-party perks and additional rewards may require your Loyalty Card for redemption.

Every prize comes with an approximate retail value (ARV), and the total ARV of all prizes combined will be shared for full transparency.

Customer Loyalty Card

Every eligible participant receives a Customer Loyalty Card, validated with a colored holographic sticker for the current tax year. You’ll need this card to claim third-party perks and some special rewards, so keep it handy!
